Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service prices and are appreciated at your discretion (typically 20–25%). A 20% gratuity will be added automatically for groups of five or more.

Age Requirement
Spa services are available only to guests aged 18 and over.

Appointments are required for all treatments.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a full charge. No-shows will incur the full service charge plus a 25% gratuity. This policy ensures fair compensation for our dedicated staff.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will provide the remaining time available for your appointment. Full payment for the originally scheduled service is still required.
