All of our condominium units are privately owned and fully furnished by the owners. An initial supply of bed linens and towels are provided. Pack-n-Plays are available for a rental fee of $10.00 per day.

Reservation & Payment

Advance reservations are strongly recommended.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This can be made via credit card, personal check, or money order.
Upon check-in, the remaining balance, applicable taxes, and a refundable security deposit are due.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted in rental condominiums.
Guests traveling with dogs may book at Chetola Hotel.

Each condominium is privately owned and individually styled, offering a unique and spacious home-away-from-home experience.
A two-night minimum stay is requested and rates vary.
24-hour guest services and security, plus onsite maintenance and resort-wide Wi-Fi.
Close proximity to downtown Blowing Rock’s shops, restaurants, and cultural events.

Cancellation, Changes & Early Departure

Cancellations made 21+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of the deposit or $100 (whichever is greater).
Reservation changes are subject to availability.
No refunds for early departure.
No-shows will forfeit all deposits and reservation rights as of 9:00 am the day after scheduled arrival.
If the reserved unit becomes unavailable due to sale, owner use, or other unforeseen reasons, Chetola reserves the right to provide a comparable substitute unit. If no substitute is available, the resort’s responsibility is limited to refunding the deposit.
