Minimum stays:
Chetola Lodge and Bob Timberlake Inn: One-night stay permissible Sunday through Thursday, except July 4 and Nov 27-28, 2013. Two-night stays required on weekends. Three-night stay required July 4-6 and Nov 27-30, 2013.

Condominiums: Two-night minimum; three-night stay required July 4-6 and Nov 27-30, 2013.
