Discover the joys of plant-based and/or wellness-focused dinners. Each dinner welcomes a guest speaker who addresses a particular wellness topic, from farm to table and French cooking to cooking with herbs and foods that aid in muscle recovery. Wellness dinners are offered approximately four times per year.

Cocktails at 6pm (cash bar and appetizers), dinner at 6:45pm and presentation at 7:15pm

Plant-based multi-course buffet incorporates foods that promote bone health; i.e. yogurt, soy milk, almonds, dried beans, tofu, broccoli, kale, okra, spinach, bok choy, and turnip and mustard greens. A presentation by Dr. Califf will focus on the importance of spine care, osteoporosis, and strength and balance; Q&A will follow.
