The Manor House Restaurant is partnering with Childress Vineyards to bring you an outstanding six course menu prepared by Executive Chef Michael Barbato.  With each course, the Childress representatives will educate you about the wine’s flavors and pairing characteristics. Chetola is featuring the “Wine Lover’s Delight” Package which includes overnight accommodations, reservations for the Childress Winemaker’s Dinner and two tickets to the Grand Wine Tasting on Saturday, April 12th at Chetola. Perfumed with floral and tropical fruit aromas.  Flavored with hints of honeysuckle,

New England Sea Scallop, Pecan Seared on a Chocolate Mole Sauce

Nose of butterscotch and vanilla, followed by tropical fruit and orange zest

and spices on the palate.  Buttery-smooth and full, start to finish.

Third Course

Alison Farms Chicken Confit Ravioli Served With a

A classic Bordeaux-style red wine blended from Cabernet Franc,
