You're A Good Man Charlie Brown is "an average day in the life of Charlie Brown." It really is just that, a day made up of little moments picked from all the days of Charlie Brown, mixed in with the lives of his friends (both human and non-human) and strung together on a single day, from a bright uncertain morning to a hopeful starlit evening. This updated version is based on the Tony Award winning 1999 Broadway Revival.

The Lonesome River Band has been one of the most popular and influential acts on the bluegrass festival and concert circuit since the release of their breakout CD, Carrying The Tradition, back in 1991. The band includes Mike Hartgrove on fiddle, Brandon Rickman on lead guitar and vocals, Andy Ball on mandolin and lead vocals and Mike Anglin playing the upright bass. LRB continues to record and perform bluegrass music with both critical and commercial success as they continue to grow in their music.

The trouble is, when they get to York, they find out that the relatives aren't nephews, but nieces!

The Hayes Center is welcoming three great Blues acts for their 2008 Summer Blues Festival. Sandra Hall, nationally known as the "Empress of the Blues" has opened for such artists as James Brown, Otis Redding, B.B. King and The Temptations. This Atlanta based blues singer is widely regarded as one of the best blues singers in the world. Clifford Curry, known around the world as " the guy who got a hole shot in his soul" has been a staple in the R&B and Beach Music scene since the mid fifties. He continues to bring his unique style and voice to audiences across the country. The King Bees have been touted as "Blues Royalty" by the Blues Revue and have played with some of the biggest names in the industry. They bring a swingin’ style to the blues that is sure to get you on your feet. Come enjoy these three great acts at the 2008 Summer Blues Festival!
